What International Negotiators Promise and Domestic Policymakers Adopt: Policy and Politics in the Multi-Level Climate Change Regime

Tackling Climate Change is easier said than done. Even after three decades of International Climate Change Action, countries still face lots of difficulties when it comes to translating their international promises and goals into domestic climate polices. Why is there a gap between the international ambition and the national implementation of Climate Action?
