Gender, Return Migration and Reintegration in the Gambia, Guinea and Senegal

Return programs have become a prominent topic of the migration development agenda. Prof. Eveline Odermatt at Université de Fribourg – Universität Freiburg presents her project which goes beyond the administrative procedures of refugees returning to their homes. She aims to emphasise the migrant’s perspective throughout the process of return by asking “How does gender shape the reintegration process of migrants and how do patterns of return mobilities and reintegration impact upon gender in the Gambia, Guinea and Senegal?” For more details, please click on the following link : https://bit.ly/30E1rK5.
